Unsubscribing from Xbox games for PC without active account.

Hello there.

I have a subscription for xbox games for PC that I want to cancel, as the price went up (more than 200% of what it was).

Problem is that I can only cancel it when it's active, and now it isn't, as there is not enough money on the credit card connected.

How can I cancel it in this situation?

Because actually I start to think about deleting this card (as it is virtual prepaid one) or even deleting an account on Microsoft, because the notifications are driving me crazy.

Hi Jakub.

To cancel your Gold or Game Pass subscription, logon to Services & subscriptions and choose Manage > Cancel
subscription on the item your want to cancel.

If you are having issues accessing the page, try clearing the browser cache or use Microsoft Edge browser.

I dont know what you mean but you can unsubscribe from all their services inside your account using a PC

Hello, you can not watch Xbox if someone stole it. But you can block it and unsubscribe from your account.

If you unsubscribe before the fourth month you can purchase the game pass for 3 months. You just need to unsubscribe. It could be difficult from the console. Use there website to unsubscribe.
