    Hi I cant unsubscribe xbox game pass

    I tried to enter from the console into with this guide :

    1. Scroll down to the Memberships tab.
    2. Select Xbox Game Pass.
    3. Navigate to Manage on the page that appears. A list of your active subscriptions will now be shown on-screen.
    4. Select the tile named Xbox Game Pass.
    5. Scroll down and choose Turn off auto-renew.

    but there is no button that written "Turn off auto re-new"

    How to cancel the service?

    Cancel the auto-renewal of the Xbox Game Pass

    Hello. I did not have time to unsubscribe from the auto extension of the Xbox Game Pass on 05/25/2018. Please cancel my subscription to Xbox Game Pass, which automatically lasted on May 22, 2018.

    There was a point in time on the console that you could turn off the auto renew I believe that they took that feature away you can sign into your account at account.live.com and go to subscriptions at the top of the screen and it should give you an option
    to turn off auto renew there. or you can contact xbox support.

    If you unsubscribe before the fourth month you can purchase the game pass for 3 months. You just need to unsubscribe. It could be difficult from the console. Use there website to unsubscribe.

    Usually with these "Games Pass for $1 for first month" if you unsubscribe straight away, it literally cancels your games pass.

    The best way to get access to it for $1 is to only unsubscribe close to the renewal date, like a few days before.

    Yes, you are. But use discord. You can subscribe, get game pass 3 months and unsubscribe.
