Unsubscribe from Game Pass

My game pass expired, i dont want it anymore. Says balance due is 16$ if i want to keep it. I don't. I cannot renew my Xbox live because of this and yet I am unable to unsubscribe. I click the support links and it takes me to this page telling me to click
on manage subscriptions. All that does is show me the balance due and how to pay for it, not how to unsubscribe. I DONT WANT IT ANYMORE. And then the billing link takes me to the xbox terms and sales. Im not a lawyer i am not reading all of that. I simply
want to unsubscribe from game pass. ive had an Xbox all my life and never have I had to deal with kind of ridiculous system.

If you unsubscribe before the fourth month you can purchase the game pass for 3 months. You just need to unsubscribe. It could be difficult from the console. Use there website to unsubscribe.

It has happened to me, I solved it by entering https://www.xbox.com/ with username / email and password and in the payment and billing option you can remove the card without problems.

To unsubscribe from Game Pass, you must rebuy it and then cancel it because to cancel it, you must pay the amount that is due in order to cancel other purchases and make a purchase for Xbox Live.

sign into your miscrosoft account

go to the xbox game pass subsection

tap manage

tap change

then you can turn off recurring bill
