    Unsubscribe does not work!


    I have now several times tried to unsubscribe to those annoying E-Mails that are sent every month. Also my account is already oped-out from the rewards program. But I still get your SPAM! Stop it!

    Btw. the Support for such an Issue is HORRIBLE!

    Minuspoints for Microsoft for the Support sending me not to the right forums and also for the confusing forum structure!

    It somehow gets quite anoying... I tried support. They told me to come here. You tell me to ask in another forums. So where to post?

    You are still a Rewards member, so you are still receiving communications from our program. We have opted your account out of the program. After 48 hours have passed, you should no longer receive any Xbox Live Rewards communications.

    OK great, I can add my son's email as an alias, and we'd both receive all xbox updates, subscription notifications, game notification etc.

    This would work providing I can then unsubscribe to irrelevant emails to me, yet would he continue to receive them OR by me unsubscribing does it effectively unsubscribe all aliases associated with the account?
