    Unrightful ban due to unauthoized access to my account


    So I've been away with family for a while, I left in early May (around the 4th) then i got back from my trip (around the 3rd of july). I haven't been on my Xbox fro a while so,I logged on and saw I was perma banned. so Iook on the enforcement actions under
    my account and the suspension was true. I looked at the dates in which the action was taken, and it was May 21, a date in which I was not home or able to access my Xbox. I looked under my the details and saw the ban was from fraud, I proceeded to look at my
    transaction history and was the transactions I've made before I had left town, and some I've made online while I was away to come back home to. but right in between those transactions was some transactions under an unknown sprint number. I've never used any
    sprint number to make transactions, just my debit card. ive tried to submit a file review, but when i look on my accout somesome had tried that already, but it wasnt me! so someone has been using my account without my permission, and now I'm stuck with a perma
    ban. someone please help me!

    Unrightful ban!!!

    I was banned for no reason, and I've been banned over 2 weeks also I applied for a review, passed it but it never gave me a chance to say anything , after I did the review it took me back to the enforcement screen.

    ok you should phone 1800 4my xbox. Tell them you want to file unauthoize access claim and prove them email and info about your account. 2. please review the rules before accepting them.

    Hello banned in 20 mins? When people report you this is the life span of the account. So as stated I would check enforcement. Even if that person reported you, you could have been suspended for something else. Just be careful what you say! Enforcement
    page will let you know all the dos and donts of XBox, its actually a good read.
