Unresolved Minecraft Issue – Mojang Isn’t Responding, What Can I Do?

Hi,

I’ve been dealing with a Minecraft account issue since May 24, and Mojang support has been completely unresponsive. My case was already marked as escalated, but after waiting 15–20 days, I only received an automated message asking for information I had already provided.

Because I was tired of waiting, I replied myself only to receive another automated response. Since then, there’s been no update or real help, and I’ve been stuck with the same issue for months.

At this point, I’m asking if Microsoft can please step in and take action, because Mojang is not responding at all. I’ve already submitted all the necessary information multiple times including my gamertag, screenshots, timestamps, and proof of ownership.

I would really appreciate if this could be escalated from Microsoft’s side or passed to someone who can directly reach Mojang and get this moving.

I did not miss the migration I successfully migrated my Mojang account to my Microsoft account. I am signed in with the correct Microsoft account that was used during the migration.

I am not trying to recover a lost account, and I am not “failing” to provide information. I already submitted everything that was asked for including my Gamertag, screenshots, account details, and past usernames to Minecraft support. The issue is that they are not responding even after I followed up several times. The case was supposedly escalated, and then I heard nothing again.

My issue is not just about ownership. It’s about missing in-game content and progress that I paid for and used to have access to which is no longer appearing on my account after signing in correctly.

What exactly is the issue

Your majoung account should be your ms account

Unless you missed the migration

If you did then no-one can help you

You will have to buy it agian

If it acocunt recovery then you need to fill out the info

If it asking for more info then you are failing

Still isn’t working. I would appreciate if they could figure out a solution. Controller isn’t responding to anything on Minecraft, but it’s working on literally ALL other games.

Actually, mojang support responded again after a few days and fixed my old minecraft account. Now it's back working and has minecraft Java. Maybe they can help you too.

Thanks for sharing this. Looks like this issue happened with a few players and only Mojang support can fix this. You can see the bug report on Mojang website (from 07/May/20) and it is still unresolved. The only players that got this resolved needed to contact Mojang support and they manually validated the player subscription and activated the Realm. So I would suggest you to reach to them for this.
