    Unresolvable issue


    My son was part of a google account family group on his mum’s email account (which for some reason she was locked out of). Trying to remove him from that and add him to a different one. Have recovered her account but it still won’t enable her to remove him. As a result I can’t add him for family group on Xbox as according to Microsoft he’s still linked and she has to remove him. But her account won’t let her remove him. It’s a vicious circle and what is the solution????

    Yeah wrong place you need to go to the support forums or explain what you need help with. We dont have the tools to look up SR numbers

    That doesn't help at all. I am sick of watching Netflix on my days off and after about 6 episodes I get disconnected from Netflix and then this error code pops up. it is really annoying!
