Unremovable ads on the dashboard

Replied by pm again sir as original issue still exists and more unwelcome followers are now unremoveable too

Problem is though, if you have to open the device, you void your warranty. Therefore it's considered unremovable. You could quite easily remove the battery from an iPhone and it isn't glued or screwed in but it's still not considered to be a removable battery.

You won't be able to use a prepaid card for that until the balance is taken care of.

pay the past due subscription or wait it out until it cancels itself. As a side note, keep in mind that most online subscriptions have the auto-renewal feature turned on automatically. This is the case for most subs that require you to keep your payment option
on file, not only Microsoft/Xbox.

Can i purchase a xbox live card at walmart and use it instead?
