    Sp we’re going to ignore the fact that people’s consoles are randomly turning on and off in the middle of the night for no reason? Not to mention the Xbox support team isn’t really helping or giving a straight answer.

    Youre better off forgetting that your account was ever compromised because customer support is extremely unreliable...

    Can't understand why I can't login to live on my xbo, my xbox 360 can!! But I haven't got cod aw for my 360 ffs!!!!! And also why can my freinds sign in on xbo and I cant?) they only live about 2 minutes away from me!!!!!

    If you have "keep system up to date" and "keep games & apps up to date" on - that is what you can expect.

    It tries to do that for you.

    Support did not give that info?

    Having that turned off - and also saving power on(not at instant on) - I have no such issues.

    What's with the extremely poor customer support?

    My issue is that the support for my console and service I pay to use is not up to par with my expectations and is extremely unreliable.
