Unrecoverable Error Code 0x80a4001a When Signing Into Xbox Live

Hello everyone,

I'm hoping someone can help with an issue I've been experiencing. Every time I try to sign into Xbox Live, I encounter an \"Unrecoverable Error Code 0x80a4001a\" message. This has been preventing me from accessing my account and enjoying multiplayer games.

I've ensured that my internet connection is stable and have rebooted my router several times, but the issue persists. I've also tried power cycling my Xbox console, but this hasn't resolved the problem either.

Has anyone encountered the same issue or have any suggestions on how to fix this? I'd appreciate any insights or solutions that might help me get back online. Thanks in advance!

Thank you for posting in Microsoft Xbox Community. I'm sorry to hear that you're having issues logging in to your Xbox. I understand that the error code that you are receiving is 0x80a4001a. This might mean that your account credentials have become corrupted.

To resolve your issue, delete your account from your console through these steps:

Go to System > Settings > Account > Remove accounts.

Choose the account that you want to remove and select Remove.

Select Sign-in, and then add your account again and enter your password.

Note: If you select Lock it down, you're likely to encounter the issue again.
