Unrecognized payments

Hello,

I got unrecognized charges in my Bank Of America account, I already submitted a claim, but it was not approved because they received feedback from Microsoft with documentation saying that the transaction was valid. This is happening very often, I have gotten multiple unrecognized charges.

I am attaching a screenshot of the account information. My name is Luis Burgos, and someone stole my card information somehow. I used to live in Novi, MI, but not anymore, and the person who is using my card for those transactions is living in Memphis, Arkansas. Also, I noticed his username is "Free Band" which means that is stolen.

Can you please help me to remove my card information from that account? and if possible to get a refund for those transactions?

I am also attaching a screenshot of some of the purchases made with my card, and the device ID.

Hope you can help me with this. I have been getting these charges for months.

By any chance, haven't you received any unauthorized login emails to your Microsoft account? You could check the transaction history of your account to see if it is not a debit that appears there, to do this you must enter the following link:
