    Unrecognized disk- Disney infinity 3 XBOX 360


    We have all 3 Disney infinity discs (1.0 and 2.0 still work fine) but with Disney infinity 3.0 I am getting an unrecognizable disk. I believe this is to due to an update needed mayb….the disk is brand new out of the package so it is not a scratch/cleaning issue. I’m connected to my Xbox live and the network is connected to the internet, I even hard wired with a cable. Console is on auto update, tried power cycling holding off button 10 secs, turning on via controller with no luck, any thoughts?

    Then I would suggest trying them on another 360 and or on another account so we can narrow down the problem

    I actually had this problem a couple days ago with my original disk, and ordered a brand new copy which arrived today. Same error message

    It is quite possible that the game has gone bad in the interim. Disc rot is microscopic damage

    I would suggest trying another copy

    Sorry I posted in Italian ... in the meantime I thank everyone for the help and clarifications in response ..

    I speak of Infinity Disney, I have all the characters and worlds from the Incredibles, to the Pirates, to the Avengers of the xbox 360 platform, but now I own the xbox one and I understand that disks are not supported.

    I ask another question; if I buy Disney Infinity 2.0 Marvel Super Heroes Starter Pack (Xbox One) or Disney Disney Infinity 3.0 Star Wars Starter Pack for XBOX ONE - Infinity 3.0 Star Wars Starter Pack XBOX ONE then can I use the worlds and
    characters of the 360?
