    1. If you installed your game on hdd - delete it

    2. Look in "storage" ->"hard drive" -> "games and apps" ->"black ops 2" if there are

    some "corrupted files". If so delete it too.

    3. Delete system cache

    support.xbox.com/.../clear-system-cache

    4. Try the game again

    Take it down to your local gamestop or replays and have them clean it for you. If that doesn't work then you horribly mistreated it.

    If you are having trouble with a cd,dvd or a game not reading or damage to a disc try these steps in order:

    Check The Disc.

    • Make sure there are no scratches in the disc like this.

    Clean The Disc:

    1. Get a soft cloth.
    2. Hold the disc by the edges with the shiny part facing you
    3. Wipe from the center to outer age as shown in image below
