    Unreceived Rewards

How can I get in contact with someone from XBox rewards concerning unreceived rewards points? I know that things should appear in pending after 96 hours. I made the purchase over a week ago and should have qualified for a 2000 point bonus. I see no activity
    at all.

    :)
