Unravel preorder bonus

    I pre-ordered unravel on the 3rd of febuary and it's now the 15th I have never received the download code for the prop. Has anyone else had this issue cause I really wanted it haha.

    I never received my Unravel preorder bonus, the avatar prop. I preorder the game on Jan. 12.
