    Hello,

    I pre-ordered Unravel on the 06/02/2016, I think it was about a week or so before release but I have still not received my pre-order bonus, the Avatar item.

    How do I claim this item?

    missing pre-order bonuses

    A couple games I pre-ordered some time ago had digital bonuses that I still have yet to receive. I just happened across a similar post regarding Unravel, so I figured I'd speak up as well. The bonuses were a digital copy of Fallout 3 with my Fallout 4
    pre-order and a Yarny avatar prop for my pre-order of Unravel.
