    I purchased the game on February 7th and still haven't received my message containing the code for the avatar. From searching through these forums and online, it seems a lot of people who preordered this game haven't received it either. Just trying to figure
    out the deal

    In order to receive the Yarny Avatar item, you would have needed to pre-order Unravel on or before 2/8/16. Since you purchased the day of the release, that would not count as a pre-order and unfortunately we cannot provide a code.
