    I have not received the Yarny avatar item for pre-ordering Unravel.

    I never received the Yarny avatar item for pre-ordering Unravel. I bought the game on February 6th.

    In order to receive the Yarny Avatar item, you would have needed to pre-order Unravel on or before 2/8/16. Since you purchased the day of the release, that would not count as a pre-order and unfortunately we cannot provide a code.
