Unpleasent Account Issue

Hello everyone,

I would love to get some idea on how to receive some support from MS, because I haven't received any after numerous tries.

The problem is that I can't log into my Xbox live account, it says the entered email doesn't exists for that account. But in fact when I look up into my gamertag it is still out there on Xbox live and even when I go back to my old emails I have receipts
from subscriptions, games, and movies.

So I tried recovering my account through form where I entered all the details that I know about the account and the only thing I did not fill in was Xbox ID as that Xbox was sold back when I was living in the United States. This brings another issue as if
I would like to try to recover my account through phone number, I can't do that because the phone number that is tied to that account is from the US, and US phone numbers do not work in Czech (Europe).

Ultimately MS support responded that they weren't able to prove that account is mine so only choice to fill the form again and wait again. I also contacted an Xbox gamer and I was told that If I provide Gamertag and phone number tied to that account they
will recover my account, so I was given a link that asks MS support to call me, except when I enter Czech phone number it says there was an issue trying to connect with me and it does so for 2 days straight.

So I am left with no choice to contact MS support and my account out of reach. I can provide emails, receipts, ID, payment information but the thing is I can't because there is no way how to contact MS support at this point.

Please help me recover the account and make this post visible to MS.

Thank you for posting on the Xbox forums. We understand that you are need assistance with recovering an account. The account recovery form is a great option in this scenario if you know the email address for the Microsoft account that you are trying
to recover. We have a support article that explains more about
how to recover an account.

The Xbox Support team can use your gamertag to search the account, but they cannot manage the account until the security information is verified. They are unable to provide account details without verifying the security information. You can reach out
to the Xbox Support team by using

Ok, I apologize. I thought you were assuming that skyrim was the first rpg game I have ever played and was expecting the world to revolve around my wants and needs. And yeah, I know nearly everyone is like that out there.

Bethesda games have never been about graphics. Its the gameplay that counts the most. Yes the graphics look outdated but there is just so much going on in this game. I will take gameplay over graphics anyday. The part that surprised me the most is
that they said its a new game engine but it really feels exactly the same to me as Oblivion, Fallout 3, and NV. So I am not exactly sure what is so new about this engine. Well the characters do look better especially your character so that is noticable for
sure.

I don't think that you can read.. I compared it to Morrowind on the 360.. I've been playing games longer than you I bet.. I mean really, I quoted textures from one of their previous games that came out nearly ten years ago. Please, read the post if you're going
to comment on it...

I understand new games have flaws. But these aren't flaws. They're development issues. I love the game. But the graphics are disappointing. I was only slightly intrigued about them because all I heard from numerous people was about how great they were. And
to an extent, they are. Unless you plan on going to that awesome mountain in the background.

Sometimes I really wish we'd all take a look at where gaming was 10 years ago and look at where it is now. Maybe then we'd have a bit more appreciation for all the hard work and man-hours that go into creating such games.
