    UNOTFOUND Bug:

    Games: If you load up a game and press the Guide button/Home while the game is still running in the back ground, after a few sec's the keyboard will show up on screen with "UNOTFOUND" as shown in the screen shot.

    Store: If you load up the store then press "B" to back out to the Home screen while the store is still running in the back ground, after a few sec's the keyboard will show up on screen with "UNOTFOUND" as shown in the screen shot.

    Apps: If you load an app then press "B" to back out to the Home screen while the app is still running in the back ground, after a few sec's the keyboard will show up on screen with "UNOTFOUND" as shown in the screen shot (this includes reporting an error as it loads the Insider Hub App and also from the guide when launching GWG).

    Home Screen: Once the bug occurs the first time even just leaving the XBOX sitting on the Home screen it would pop up on screen every 10-15sec's over and over.

    Summary:

    The first time it happened I quit out of a game and I opened the Guide, clicked on the "free Play Days" ad which loaded the ad in the store. When I backed out (store was still running in the back ground) the bug popped up on screen. I then did the above with loading apps, games, store and also sat on the dash for a while and the bug was reproducing over and over until I did a full reboot (held power button for 10 sec's). Not really sure what caused it to trigger the first time tbh. Once I did the full reboot attempting to reproduce the bug again and also rebooting from instant on several times I was unable to reproduce it after that (reported on XBOX Live).

    what type of bug? if you mean the size of the keyboard, it's not a bug it's the ne virtual keyboard.

    I appreciate the responses, but let's be honest here. If a long password prevents a profile downloading, that's a bug. If recurring billing for Gamepass prevents a profile downloading, that's a bug, too. If you need to use a hotspot to download the profile, that's also a bug.

    None of these solutions are logical. We're just flinging mud at the wall and hoping some sticks. To even suggest any of these as "solutions" is to accept that Microsoft isn't interested in addressing the root problem.

    How hard is it to send my profile over the internet? I'm sure they could figure it out if they wanted to.

    Hi, it may also be worth trying the following.

    -

    On your console go to settings - system - storage, highlight your storage device and press the following buttons in sequence on your controller.

    -

    LB,RB,X,LB,RB,X

    -

    You will be asked to confirm deletion of the system update, confirm deletion, this will clear any failed system update you have, the console will restart and you will need to update again.

    -

    If that does nothing for you then could you take a look at the following link please and try the suggestions there.
