UNO won't work on any of my Xbox consoles

I wanted to play UNO with my friends, only to find out that my games doesn't work. Every time I press A to start, it crashes to the home screen. I've tried restarting both my Xbox One and Series S, doesn't work. I've tried uninstalling and re-installing on both consoles, still doesn't work. I've even tried deleting the local data on both consoles and my cloud data, and it still doesn't work. I've tried requesting a refund, but the base game wasn't eligible, yet the 50th anniversary was. So I don't know what to do at this point.

No they aren’t able to play either, they have the same issue

May I know if your other friends are being able to play Uno just fine on their consoles?

As a first troubleshooting step, please power reset your console:

1. Turn off your console and your router/modem.

2. Unplug all the cables from both devices (power, HDMI, etc..) and wait 2 minutes.

3. After 2 minutes, plug all the cables in again on your router/modem and wait for all the lights to show up.

4. Plug all the cables on your console and turn it on.

See if the issue persists and please let me know.

I’ve tried that just now, it still doesn’t work. It’s not an issue with my internet, it’s the game itself.

So this is probably a game issue. You would need to report it to the Xbox team or to the game developers:
