Discus and support Unneeded xbox gamebar/app etc in XBoX on Windows to solve the problem; HI, how do I uninstall the Xbox gamebar? Uninstall button greyed out and 'terminate' button not working.     You can’t uninstall the Gamebar, however you can shut it off in the Gamebar settings.

    Why get rid of streaming to xbox app?

    Huh that's what gamebar is for (capture app )

    And.the xbox app (remote play) as smwutches mentioned you can port the videos via twitch etc from your xbox

    Looking For Group PC To Console

    Open Gamebar open Gamebar Widget Menu and add "Looking for group". Done.

    Open Console Companion and do like always. Done

    Don't open Xbox App because Xbox App is not Gamebar nor Companion.

    some of that functionality has moved to gamebar for sharing clips etc, but as has been said they app is discontinuing and features are being removed bit by bit.
