Unnecessary 7 day chat ban!

Hello there, my name is Brian but my gamer tag is . About a month ago I received a 24 hour chat ban resulting from my comments to other players online. After that ban for a day, I made sure I didn't do anything like that again. However, earlier
today, I was playing a match of Rocket League with random players and one of the opposing teammates was being very 'in game' chat aggressive. After the match i sent him a message, stating my opinion of his comments without being mean/hostile. Nothing necessary to
get me banned for a whole week. Ever since my last ban I have made sure I didn't do anything stupid/aggressive towards anyone. I have been in contact with Sergelyn from Microsoft support ( case number 1414586269) and he told me this has happened a lot even
if just one person reports you after a 24 hour ban. I really believe I did not do anything to deserve a week chat ban. I know "trash talk" is bad but I was just using friendly competitive trash talk. Please review my case and cut me a break. thank you.

Unnecessary Ban

I just received a ban for standing up for myself in a direct message against another player who was unsportsmanlike and rude. I'd really like this ban lifted as it is completely uncalled for and unfair.

It's a 24 hour enforcement, and isn't able to be submitted for case review. I'm aware that posting the picture that got banned wouldn't be a good idea, but there's nothing wrong with that picture. I just want people to know the enforcement team is retarded.

- Xbox / Microsoft Support cannot impose or remove any suspension on anyone's account. And they have nothing to do with the Xbox Enforcement Team.

- The support incident is just going to be where Xbox/Microsoft Support keeps their notes. No one here will have access to that info



Only an actual person from the Xbox Live Enforcement Team can impose or remove a suspension or ban on the account.
