Hi guys,

I have a problem.

I want tot unmount my mom's miscrosoft account from my own account als superinrendent.

In this way I can pay my own bills from Xbox live. I want to have full management on my account, so how do I get full management and delete my mom as superinrendent? I have no idea how to do it.

Trying to change the privacy settings and onlineprivacy settings

Im trying to change my onlineprivacy settings so i can play online, but i need my mom's microsoft account for that. The problem is that my mom doesnt have a microsoft account but a gmail account. What do I do now?

Ok, well I have finally gotten around to trying to change my accounts over. I tried transferring the gamertag from this email (which is the on I want to use for my gamertag) to my mom's Microsoft account, but it said "Sorry, we can't change your Microsoft
account right now". Which looking that up seems to mean I've already changed the account within the last 30 days, which I haven't. So I tried using my dad's Microsoft account and got the same message. Neither one of them have gamer tags associated with their
accounts..... well my mom's does now cause I tried signing into the forums with it (thinking I had to activate a live account with it before I transferred my gamertag). So Now my only option is my dad's account. So why is it that I am getting this message.

You can have your mom remove you from the Microsoft Account family at account.microsoft.com under the Family tab, or you can follow the steps here: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/10555/microsoft-account-remove-members-from-family to remove your
self from the family.

I would note that if you're still identified as a child account, but are not a child in your region, then you might need to go through the age verification process, which some details on that process can be found here: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us...account-age-verification-for-parental-consent

So there is NO way to uplink my mom MicroSoft Account from My Xbox Account and link my MicroSoft Account to My Xbox Account

I checked the Microsoft store and I was logged in on my mom's account because for some reason that's the default account on it and I decided to check if I was subscribed to that account and lord behold I was. I logged into my mom's Microsoft and was able to cancel it from there.

I'm not sure why it was but it had to do something with her email setting up the account and it being an Xbox 360 account or something like that.

Several years back, I got an Xbox One to replace my Xbox 360 but I didn't have a Microsoft account at the time, so, to create an account, my mom let me use her account.

Several years later, I know have my own Microsoft account, so I want to know if there's some way I can somehow unlink my mom's account inorder to put my one on. (Preferably without losing any of my saved data/progress)

You can but doing so would also permanently delete your mothers microsoft account irreversibly.
