Unlock my temporarily blocked account

I've filled out the form several times, and support come back with "We are unable to make any changes to the security information on the account due to security protocols set up and the acceptance of the Microsoft Services Agreement when the account was created". I am not requesting that they change the security information. I have the security information on the account as it allowed me to reset the password. I am asking that they remove the lock that is preventing me from proceeding after I enter my password. The error is not an invalid password, but rather that there is an administrative "compliance" lock. One additional detail I notice is that the title of the HTML page with the error is: "Your account has been temporarily suspended". This would lead one to believe that it could be unsuspended, because it uses the word "temporarily", right?

One agent on the phone had me go through the account recovery screen where it asks for information related to your account and I received a success message because during this process I have unearthed old emails and account details that prove my ownership. So the question is not ownership...I am verified.

Has anyone ever unlocked their account after such an incident? If so, who do you need to contact, and how?

We understand that you are trying to unlock your Microsoft Account and you can verify the ownership of it. Let us check on this together. Just a heads up, Microsoft Account is managed by completely automated server and no one here in community can access your account, reset password, unlock account and change or update your account's security information.

We would like to ask few things in here.

Where did you noticed the account error message first appear? Is it on Console or while signing in to games?
Is your account showing suspension on Xbox Enforcement | Home?

Oh, and it said that there's been unusual activity. Umm, no. I've been watching Naruto on my computer (OS: Win8.1 Browser: Firefox 30.0), for the last 5 days, because I'm a student, and it's summer. I played some GTA V the other day, for a few hours, but
other than that, there has been no activity on my account, at all. None.
