Unlock my son's account

    Unlock my son's account


    Hi,

    I recently created accounts for my kids.
    After a day, one of my sons account was locked without any reason.

    It states it's due to TOS violation but we haven't done anything out of the ordinary.

    My son logged into his outlook account on his Nintendo switch and his android tablet in order to play minecraft.

    Ever since he got locked he's unable to login on the android tablet.

    I tried unlocking his account using my phone number but I got a message stating "try another method".
    I'm not given any option to try another method and I can do anything now.

    I also tried contacting support but I just can't find a way to do it.

    How can I unlock the account?

    Greetings, this is Gerald

    I have submitted a recovery request online but it has only given me a password reset and my son's account still is locked and i when i try to unlock it, it has the same response of "Try another verification method".

    I have also followed the steps in unlocking the account, but still no luck in unlocking it.

    It was a regional thing, My account was set to US, but based in New Zealand.
    Once I changed my location, it unlocked a lot of options that were un available, and my son was able to get it sorted.

    Thanks for offering to help. We went back and played again and finally it worked. Thing was all 5 of us played together and finished the waves together and the thing unlocked at different times. My oldest son unlocked after wave 39 while my other 2 sons
    unlocked after wave 40 (which oddly enough had no boss and was short on enemies in general). It unlocked for me after wave 41 and then it unlocked for my wife at wave 43. Guess insane is next.

    my son still cant get into his account he has been locked out since 24th July 2020 and I have put in so many requests to get it unlocked. Microsoft email me an SIR number but dont give any updates - this is ridiculous.

    I have a very frustrated son.
