Unloading problems stopped

How are you...
Well what happens is that this week I was failing spotify and uninstall it, because I thought it would be fixed when I installed it again, but it was not, my surprise was that the download stopped again and again when I retry.
I thought it was just a problem with that app, but, what was my surprise, it was not only with that one but with any application and I wanted to know how to fix it, because I wanted to install applications as a mixer, but simply not.
And the strange thing is that it is only with applications not with games
I would really appreciate it if you help.

You might have to reinstall it. If that doesn't work, try a hard reset.

I think if it's still loading, then you can push the XBOX button and then the menu button when you get to the home screen. Scroll down and hit quit.

this game has so much lag. it is to the point that i am going to stop playing forever if this is not fixed.im fed up with unloading a whole clip and they only have to shot me with 2-3 bullets and im dead.

Hey man not the only one my mechromancer and psycho are both listed as unloadable and every time I try to download the compatibility pack it shows it's purchased but not downloaded

Try performing a hard reset EXACTLY like this. Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely.
Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes.
Plug the power cord back in and restart the console.
