    I haven't had my xbox one on in over 2 months, when I switched it on I recieved a message notifying me that a 3.7gb update is ready. But when trying to download it I get the following:

    There was a problem with the update

    Source OS: 10.0.17763.4088

    Target OS: 10.0.18362.6065

    Console ID: -(I assume not relevant)

    Error Code: 0x8B10000B 0x00000000 0x90000005

    Checking the error code database here returns no matches for any of these errors. Could anyone shed some light on this?

    i had the same promblem but i factory rest my xbox and kept all my games then it allowed me to download the update.

    I have also encountered this issue today. I have performed the factory reset & now can't even setup my xbox as the update still won't go past 1% downloaded on ethernet or wireless. Please advise.
