Unlisted Error Code

Tried logging in to COD WW2 and keep getting error code “0x80a4001e“. I haven’t seen anything regarding what this code means or any solutions. Anyone know anything about this issue? Tried a hard reset but it did nothing. Thanks for any help.

Looking through the internet I was able to find a couple of different solutions you can try out and see if they work for you. Since you haven't listed what you've tried, it's possible you have actually gone through these already.

Have you attempted to change your password using this website here? Attempt to purchase the content again. If that doesn't work read below..

Have you attempted to download this content from Xbox.com? Does the purchase go through? If not..

Have you attempted to download the trial version of the game, and then within the game try to convert the trial into the full game by paying the points required?

The last solution step listed by many people was them changing their Microsoft Account ID by using a Hotmail.com e-mail address? You can certainly try that out as well. I would definitely try the first three solutions before attempting the last.

Hello,

I've been a previous gold member on Xbox live before and now that I'm on a family plan, I've been trying to make a personal purchase from the marketplace. However, the steps below that I took don't seem to be helping whatsoever.

Signed in.

Marketplace.

Game - minecraft 360 edition.

6000 points on my account - 1600 points to download.

Download - instantly get an error code.

Error code - 80153410

I looked it up online both here on Xbox and searches only to get no responses or results. I made a phone call to the live support and was told that nothing could be done.

If any could help it would be appreciated. I would like to play this game and others only if I could figure out what I need to do to fix this.

Try to delete the game, hard restart the console and download the game again

 

if that doesn't work you may want to contact support at support.xbox.com

 

I attempting to search the error code through Error & Status Code Search page and was unable to located anything pertaining to that error code. This means one of two things. One, the error code is related to the game itself and not your Xbox or the Xbox
Live Services, or, two, the game download was corrupt at some point during a recent update. Possible fixes? As M3tal Daz3 mentioned, uninstalling the game from the console may help remedy the issue. If it does not help, I recommend you contact Activision directly
- I'm assuming Xbox Support will not be able to assist you with the error code as I mentioned, may not have anything to do with the Xbox itself.

 

Contact with Activision Support in twitter. They 100% know about that error and respond quickly.
