Unlinking Microsoft account from lost epic account

sorry but can't transfer the games or progress to another account.

You mentioned the game Fortnite, I only know this:

if you access to your account from epic games, you can unlink the epic games account from the xbox account and then, that epic account can be linked to another microsoft account / email.

you need to log into your epic account to unlink it from your xbox account. go in your settings on epic and it should say linked accounts go to that n select unlink.

Unlink temporarily your Microsoft account from your Epic account:

Then, disable all your privacy settings for your Microsoft account:

After that, delete your profile from your Xbox and restart it.

Finally enable again all privacy settings, link again your Microsoft account with Epic and add your account to the console and give it a new try

you would need to login to the ea account on ea website and unlink from there, unless they have changed it simular to epic.

Epic games changed earlier this year and locked accounts (you can unlink but only re link the xbox account with the exact same epic account)

open a ticket with epic, it clearly states when unlinking that all in game items are tied to that epic account, also your microsoft account can only be relinked with that epic account anyway. microsoft cannot do anything.
