Unlinking EA from Xbox/Microsoft side?

I have a an EA account linked that i cannot unlink no matter what i do. Im stuck. Every time i connect my EA account it says theirs an account already connected but on EA end i see nothing, so its xbox or microsoft. I know i changed my emails a long time ago and theirs a chance its still connected to a very old EA account from back in the day. im hoping someone can help me with this as ive searched EVERYWHERE in microsoft but theirs just no way, and sicne i already deleted that old EA account and im pretty sure on their end i unconnected everything YEARS ago im simply stuck and have no idea what to do.

for your information you cannot unlink ea from the microsoft side.

yeah i ended up finding the account in one of my oldest emails and literally the only reason that account existed is because of 360 days lol. Now i can finally re link the account

can i ask what can i do if that EA account SHOULDNT exist?

I apologize but unlinking an in-game account can be managed by the game support, I also have here a screenshot as proof that we will be needing to reach out to EA support when it comes to unlinking an account.

Only EA can deal with it, it is linked their side and has nothing to do with Microsoft and Microsoft cannot do anything as they don't have access to EA servers.

Back in the early days if you started an EA game up on the 360 it used to create an EA account for you and link them.

Go here Electronic Arts Home Page - Official EA Site

then select login top right

Then select Xbox logo and login with your Xbox account, this will then show you the EA account that is linked with your Xbox account and to possibly unlink or contact EA support to ask them to unlink it.
