Unlinking EA and Xbox account

Discus and support Unlinking EA and Xbox account in XBoX Accessibility to solve the problem; I know this has been posted before but does anyone know if it is possible for microsoft/xbox to unlink me from my EA account... it is an old ea account...     Unlinking EA and Xbox account


    I know this has been posted before but does anyone know if it is possible for microsoft/xbox to unlink me from my EA account... it is an old ea account i dont have access to and they wont allow access or terminate the link, despite me providing information that proves i am the account owner, They just start directing me to live chat which

    I do understand i cant unlink the account unless i am in the EA account but that is simply impossible for me now. It has been over 7 years since i had access to the account and the email linked to the EA account stopped hosting my email without notice, so i didnt have a chance to change it.

    It basically means i cant use any EA games on game pass, which is a major reason for why i bought it in the first place.

    only ea can unlink it, but there is another way to get in and unlink.

    head over to https://www.ea.com/

    click sign in then select the xbox logo and sign in with your xbox live account, here you can then unlink the ea account

    If your account is linked to an EA account that you do not have access to, you will need to talk to EA to unlink the account. No linking or unlinking process is done on the Xbox side.

    You need to contact EA support to help you unlink your xbox account from EA account.

    However keep in mind that if you unlink an Xbox gamertag from your EA Account, you can’t link a different Xbox gamertag to it in the future.

    Cannot unlink my Ea acc from xbox acc

    it is linked on EA Server side and Microsoft cannot unlink that, and EA will not unlink a banned EA account as that would allow massive abuse and for people to repeatedly get banned and unlink and make new EA accounts and relink. The same is with most companies that you link with. If it was an EA mistake for the account being banned then you would need to take this up with them and get them to unlink it.
