Unlink Xbox Series X from Microsoft Account

Thank you. I was able to get in touch with someone from technical support. They've escalated the issue and they've promised to get back to me in 3 - 5 business days. Once again, thank you for directing me.

Thank you for your efforts, Mateus. I've exhausted all the options mentioned above with no success.

- I am unable to request a call back from an agent.

- I've gone through the various help resources on the MS/Xbox Support websites.

- The virtual assistant pointed me to resources that I've already gone through.

- I've asked other Xbox gamers in the community and I was directed to the options I've mentioned above:

You should click on "connect with a specialist" and then you will be redirected in a few minutes to a Microsoft employee, with he will be able to help you better since it apparently is a problem with your account.
