Unlink my brothers Xbox 360 account from my Origin PC account.

Hello can I get some help with unlinking my brothers xbox 360 account from my Origin PC account? I contacted EA Support and they said this is the only way to do this. Please help!

Overwatch Origins Items Transfer?

So I've had Overwatch (non Origins edition) on PC for a while now, and played countless hours in it. Since we don't have a 2nd copy of the game, however, my brother always takes over the computer and keeps me form playing. So I bought OW on Xbox (Origins edition) so we could both play, as well as getting some Origins skins for my PC version. So I linked up my XBL Account with my Battle.net account, and pressed the "Redeem digital goodies" button, checked my PC version, and nothing. I've done everything, un-linked and re-linked my account several times, linked from PC then from Xbox, logging out from battle.net then linking, every combination of things I've tried, but none worked. I was under the impression I could transfer the Origins items to my PC version, is it not true? And if it is, any solutions to fix it?

Only EA Support can unlink Xbox accounts from EA accounts.

I don't know if that's true. They said that they cannot do that, only Xbox can.

 

EA support are the only people who can unlink EA/Origin accounts from Microsoft accounts. Please speak to them. I know this to be correct 100%.

 

So if you sign into your account at ea.com

1. Go to ea.com

2. Click on the little sihloutte in upper right corner it should give you a choice to sign in.

3. click on it again and it will give you a choice to go to settings.

4. go to settings.

5. at the bottom of the settings screen it will show you what gamer tags you have linked to that particular EA account (PSN, Xbox 360, Xbox One, FaceBook) on mine personally there is a button to revoke the xbox one but no button next to xbox 360 but they
have the same gamertag next to them dont know if revoking the xbox one will revoke the 360 you may want to try especially if they are the same gamertag for you.

Take a look at that page and let us know what you see and if revoking the xbox one works for revoking the 360 also if thats what you end up trying.

 

I already revoked it but it still it has is account twice. One can be removed and the other can't by me.
