    Unlink Microsoft email from PSN account


    I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to kindly request that you unlink your Microsoft email address from PSN. Unfortunately, I have lost access to this Microsoft email, which has resulted in my inability to play Minecraft and other Microsoft games online on my PlayStation.



    Every time I try to play online with friends, I am notified that an email is already linked to my PSN ID. However, since I no longer have access to this email, I kindly ask for your assistance in removing it from my PSN account.



    I would greatly appreciate your assistance in resolving this issue. Please let me know if you require any additional information to facilitate this process.

    i deleted my gmail account but minecraft ps4 still thinks it exists

    If you linked this deleted gmail account (that was your Microsoft account) to your PSN account, it cannot be unlinked.

    If you recover this gmail account you can actually unlink it from your PSN account, but once you link a Microsoft account to a PSN account, you cannot link any other Microsoft account to it. Only the original one can be linked again.

    I'm sorry about that and I hope you understand.
