Unlink Microsoft account from playstation 4

So about 3 years ago I switched from Minecraft ps4 edition to bedrock edition and I used my moms email to make it now my mom has an Xbox and I would like to change the email Linked to it I don't care about cosmetics or worlds or friends on the account I just want to change it. I have tried multiple methods like trying to unlink it in Minecraft itself, on the playstation and on microsoft .com but none have worked.

You can unlink the psn account however you CANT link a different one.

Note: Once a Microsoft account has been linked to a PlayStation® account, neither the Microsoft account nor the PlayStation™ Network account can be associated with a different account. 

If you choose to unlink accounts, then purchases will be returned to the account which made the purchase. Even after unlinking, Microsoft and PlayStation® accounts can only be re-linked to the original account.

If you no longer have access to the Microsoft account that is linked to your PlayStation 4, you can try contacting PlayStation Support for assistance in unlinking the accounts. They may be able to help you unlink the accounts so that you can link a new Microsoft account to your PlayStation 4. I hope this helps!

You can't connect another Microsoft account to your PS Account if that same PS account was connected to another before.

It says on the website that you can unlink it it will just make you lose your purchases as I have said before I don't care about the purchases so is there any way?
