Unlink forgotten Microsoft account on ps4 Minecraft

We understand the inconvenience caused. As per description, you are having an issue signing Microsoft account on Ps4 Minecraft. You were asks to sign with your currently link account and you have contacted already both Minecraft/Mojang and Microsoft to seek assistance.

For this concern, we would highly recommend contacting Mojang/Minecraft support and create a ticket. They are the best support who can provide you the information of your account especially the one you link to it.

Regarding to Unlinking the account. Let's try this basic steps.

Go to your Microsoft Account page. Log in

Click on "Privacy" at the top, then scroll down to "Apps & Services"

Click on the link below that "Apps and services that can access your data" that will show all apps and services that are hooked in to your Microsoft Account. From there, you'll want to look for the specific app or game you're seeing issues with. Though not sure how Minecraft on PS4 will show, but you can click "Edit" when you find it and then remove that permission from your account. That will remove that connection and should prompt you to reconnect your Microsoft Account to Minecraft when you launch on PS4, and then you can add the proper account.

Nah it hasn’t been solved I just gave up because Microsoft and xbox is absolute doggy and can’t resolve there problems that we deal with, laters don’t worry all g

Microsoft account is optional and not required to play Minecraft on PS4:tm:. It's a free account that you can use to log into a device. It allows Minecraft players on PS4:tm: to play with others on non-PS4:tm: devices such as iOS, Android, Xbox One, Switch and Windows 10.

A Microsoft account also allows portability of your purchases from Marketplace (non-PS4 devices) or Minecraft Store (PS4) to other devices and platforms. To create a new Microsoft account, go to:

account.microsoft.com

Note Once a Microsoft account has been linked to a PlayStation:tm: Network account, it cannot be unlinked without losing access to rights and Minecoins on other platforms.

Please note that the account must have an Xbox Social Profile.

if the problem persists, Unlink the Microsoft Account from the game and relink as shown below:

Start Minecraft and go to Settings > Profile;

Select Unlink Microsoft Account;

Check the three checkboxes to confirm that the account cannot access the Store, use cross-play and continue;

Select Unlink;

When the "Unlink Successfully" box appears, go back and sign in with your Microsoft account again.

If you are still not successful:

Logout All Devices to which the account has been connected;

Completely turn off all devices;

Just use the console and try to log into Minecraft with your Microsoft Account.

Maybe your Microsoft account has been linked to a different ps4 Minecraft account and never unlinked? You might just have to make a new Microsoft account to link it to.
