You need to contact EA support to help you unlink your xbox account from EA account.

However keep in mind that if you unlink an Xbox gamertag from your EA Account, you can’t link a different Xbox gamertag to it in the future.

You'd need to visit THQ.com, by logging in then clicking the "myTHQ" button in the top right. From there, you can go to "My Info", which will allow you to edit your information and unlink certain linked accounts. There is no way to unlink this account via Xbox
LIVE, you'd need to do it directly via the THQ website. You'd need to know the e-mail address you used and when you find that out you can reset the password on THQ's site.

Hi, I don't think this issue can be resolved directly by Xbox Support, since the linking of the accounts would be something managed by EA. I would recommend visiting EA's official support site. I note that when you click "Log In" at the top of this page, you have an option at the bottom to sign in with an Xbox Live account (or PSN, or Steam); if you're able to do so successfully, I believe you can then get the details of the linked EA account. If that doesn't work or doesn't fully resolve the issue, I would recommend clicking "Contact Us" at the top of the EA support page, then selecting an EA game or product of interest, then an Xbox console (even though you are playing on Windows 10, I think it's necessary to select an Xbox console at this step), then "Manage my account," then "Account linking," and I think that would get you in contact with the proper support representative there. I also note that EA has a forum site in case searching or posting there might also help you resolve this issue. Hope this helps!

According to the official EA unlinking FAQ website:

"You can unlink your platform accounts from your EA Account if you want to link them to a different EA Account, as long as that EA Account has never had the same account type linked to it before in its lifetime.

That means if you unlink an Xbox gamertag from your EA Account, you can’t link a different Xbox gamertag to it in the future."

Unfortunately is not possible to link a different Xbox account / gamertag, only the one that you linked at the beginning
