Unlawful suspension with whole evidence

Well no you have to file a case review at enforcement.xbox.com

It does not matter who started the fight if you retaliate in anyway that violates the rules you will be punished.

Since the words you typed was censored that tells you righr there it violates the rules.

All you are supposed to do in that instance is block ignore and report which solves the problem

Angelo, this can only be solved by doing the online form to recover your account, okay? There they are going to look at the evidence you send and check if your suspension can be lifted. Neither here on the community nor on the Support suspension cases can be dealt with.

Follow these steps:

If you’re an organizer of an Xbox family group, you can choose the gamertag of the account that you’re reviewing under Showing enforcements.

Under Previous or Current you will find “Completed suspensions” and “Active suspensions” for your account or the account that you’ve selected.

Choose an enforcement action to review more info about the cause and effect of the enforcement in the pop-up window.

If the enforcement action qualifies for case review, you can select Submit an appeal to receive more info from Xbox Safety.

After you’ve completed the form, select Submit. "

you know nothing of my issue mate, the system is broken, the guy yelled at me with racist remarks and just couldnt take the fact i bested him in a gta5 faceoff so what does he do he reports me out of anger because thats what gaming nerds do, they cant hack
being bested and bring wrong so they try get back at that person for that feeling of "yeh stuff you i got you, whatcha gonna do" type thing and now i cant have a false accusation lifted because of it.

It has no bearing on your suspension it's YOUR actions that affect your suspension

Didn't you learn this in school common man use common sense

Also as mention they will never tell you what incident incured the action because of privacy laws

Communications suspensions is for voice or text msgs sent by you not the other party
