    Can you please clarify, did you check your known Microsoft accounts at https://account.microsoft.com/ and then 'Payment & billing' under the Order History? to check all of those transactions there?

    Have you checked the Order History of your friends or family members’ Microsoft accounts? It’s possible that your PayPal is associated with one of their accounts.

    Also, you can disable your auto-renewal from your website. If you are eligible, you may also request a refund.
