    Unknown incorrect charge for Microsoft Ultimate


    I was charged an abnormal price of $16.54 for Microsoft Ultimate. My normal monthly charge of $14.99 was processed three days later. When seeking help thru the proper channels, i was told that it might be a child purchase. I live with no one.

    Most likely you are now paying sales tax. Unless you live in a state with no sales tax, most states have pushed for sales taxes to be applied to online purchases because of the loss of revenue.

    Sales tax would be understandable but $14.99 for a regular monthly and a sales tax of $16.54? So a total of $31.53? Then why isn't that charge admitted on my history of charges through Microsoft. It's not on there history but my bank account history clearly
    shows it.

    If you have not shared your bank details with anyone then you should go to your financial entity and dispute the charge to block it as well.

    This is because access is mandatory to cancel a suscription from Xbox side :(

    Sorry to hear about what happened. Please be informed that in order for you to cancel and request a refund for a subscription, you must have access to the account itself. If you have a different email addresses or accounts, try to check them on the Microsoft’s website.

    If you couldn’t find the correct one, please contact your bank to dispute those charges and block future payments.

    Unknown email as well.
    If the charge came from an unknown microsoft account that isnt yours then youd want to reach out to your bank and report it as fraud.

    Microsoft would only be able to help you directly if the charge occurred on your own Microsoft account.
