Unknown communication ban!

Discus and support Unknown communication ban! in XBoX Accessibility to solve the problem; On my xbox live account i recieved a 14 day communication ban on the 3rd of september 2018 for a unknown reason!     Unknown communication ban!


    On my xbox live account i recieved a 14 day communication ban on the 3rd of september 2018 for a unknown reason! The account hadn’t been used at all but at around 7:00-7:30 and there was never communication as i got a strange enforcement action
    as soon as i logged on. I then proceeded to go onto my enforcement history to find the suspension for it to then say i was suspended on the 3rd til the 16th?? There was no obvious reason for the ban also as all my messages previously were never hurting anyone
    or insulting at all! Please someone give me a reason for this stupid act by the enforcement team!

    My live account, was banned from communication this morning at 2am, when I haven’t been active on it in weeks, could I have an explanation please.

    If you have not been on your account in a week, then are you game sharing and have your account on someone else console?

    bans are not immediate, it may refer to a previous communication, you can try to see if you are eligible for a case review on

    Funny,according to your activity feed you have been active at least 2 days ago.

    Anyway,the enforcement team don't use the forums.

    Any report filed has to be investigated first which takes time so your suspension could be for something you did several weeks ago or longer.

    For info on your suspension & to file for a case review if eligible you need to go to the enforcement site
