Didn't see the subscription on here, so asked him about it and realized we created a different Microsoft account for the Xbox stuff. Kinda stupid! LOL

Logged into that one and it showed the subscription.

Unfortunately, if you did not find the account, the ideal way would be to request the blocking of the credit card and report it as an unknown charge to the financial institution, and request a charge back, as this charge is not on all the accounts you have. That is, it could be a possible fraudulent transaction. Someone might be using your credit card.

Go to https://account.microsoft.com/ log in and check your account. Be sure to check any other accounts in your name.

If you don't find anything there, you should call your bank/card issuer and get them to launch an investigation. Your debit/credit card may have been compromised.

Not exactly sure how it works. In my case I used a credit card with a zero balance. They did charge the card but on my credit card online statement the card showed the charge but I still had a zero balance. Now the charge has been taken off the card like
