But I installed that games without problem. After I gave my account to my brother I saw that problem. Is that the reason?

Just downloaded Netflix to test and yeah that worked fine.

But I figured out I had to take a little detour to get it to work, I had to tell the store to install things on this device specifically, the install button just doesn't work on it's own.

So I got it fixed by directly telling it to install it on this device.

I'm having exactly the same issue and my drive is named C:.





I've already tried:

1. Reinstalling Xbox App;
   
2. Reset Microsoft Store;
   
3. Run Store Troubleshooting tools
   
4. Run wsreset.exe
   
5. Log out/Log in on Xbox App
   

Ps: If I try to install the game using Microsoft Store, the drives are detected but nothing happens when I click on the install button.





I can install other apps fine, this only happens with games in the Microsoft Store.

Am I seeing your screenshot correctly? You've named one of your PC drives A:\ correct?

Historically, A:\ and B:\ drive designations were for floppy disk drives. You can name two of your drives (internal or external) A:\ or B:\ on Windows 10, but Windows 10 won't index them. Meaning that while you can use these drives, they will be restricted to data storage only. You can't install games or apps to them.

If you want to use that drive to install games, you'll need to change it to another drive letter, which can be anything from D:\ to Z:\
