    Unjust Xbox live Suspension


    Hello I’m here to ask about an unjust suspension of my Xbox live account which involves communications. Within about 5 minutes after I had just gotten done playing a game my account got a communications ban for 1 week which I find to be far fetched due to
    how quick you were to enforce this and then take over 24 hours to even look at my case which seems to me that you didn’t even take the time to actually look into it and then decide what to do. All I am here to ask is that I would like this case to be reviewed
    before taking action. I have been a good customer for the past decade and I know what I said, but you cannot expect someone not to respond when they get consistently told that they’re trash by a minor with no respect or common decency. Thanks for your time

    my son dantom55 has been reported by You Shot My Nan and is unable send messages and is blocked from some games. This blockage is totally unfair - youshotmynan joined my son's party ( his group consists of 9 and 10 year olds) swore and threatened them. He
    was kicked off but returned and swore repeatedly then once my son left the party he was reported. I wish dantom55 to be unblocked immediately or someone can contact me via email to discuss this foul mouthed person further. There is also a safeguarding issue
    here as youshotmynan has asked these young boys for their addresses and if I do not hear from you soon I will inform the police.

    Your rep has nothing to do with whether you get suspended or not & your warning is the ToU/CoC you agree to when you started your account.

    No one here can tell you the reason.An email should of been sent to the address linked to your account or you can log in to the enforcement site

    As a continuation of what the previous people said keep this in mind:

    1. It does not matter who starts things if you do something that violates the code of conduct and you are reported for it then your account would be subject to an enforcement action.

    2. If someone is acting in that manner the only thing that you are allowed to do is to report, block , and mute the people.

    and if they violated the code of conduct once you report them the enforcement team will then suspend their account.

    abuse and profanity is against the xbox live terms of service, if you see anything unjust then report the player and it will be looked into.

    If you send abuse , hate or generally grief and are reported then you may face a suspension or ban.

    The only way to contact the enforcement team is by submitting a case review at
    http://enforcement.xbox.com If you've already done so, you would need to wait for their response. If they upheld their decision, there is nothing else you can do but wait it out.
