Unjust suspension

Recently Xbox enforcement has unjustly put a 2 week suspension on my Xbox live account. I was originally trying to see if they would listen to my appeal but 500 characters wasn't nearly enough to put in exactly what happened. Yes I'll freely admit that I
trash talk, but nothing offensive just GOTCHA or that was close and it's only one message. Nothing to cause harm, just all in good fun. They claim I've been harnessing people, misogynistic, and an ableist. I am none of those things and none of the messages
I have sent pertain to ANY of those things. But my thoughts are that this is one specific player. I was on Lakeville in my STRV S1 going down the middle position to snipe at people going into the town. The enemy light also went down the middle and spotted
me. Luckily it was a Tier VI-VIII match and most of the shots except an IS-2's bounced. So I immediately went into drive mode and pulled back when suddenly I notice a T-150 on my team has gotten in the way of me backing up. I'm not mad at this point as I'm
thinking well I got in his way. So I try to maneuver around him but he starts going forward and pushing me. At this point I'm pissed as I get spotted and penned by the IS-2 again. Luckily I escaped while firing shots at the T-150 to let him know he's an a**hole.
He starts coming at me again trying to get me in the enemy line of fire. Luckily the enemy IS-2 showed up and while I could've killed him and saved the T-150, I let him kill the T-150 and then killed him. I was pissed because I was trying to 3 mark the S1
before the 103B comes out which is today. So I invited him to a party to yell at him because he basically brought down my score. I did, but alas he had no mic. He then starts messaging me saying I'm bad. When then I show him my WN8 in comparison to his and
get into an argument with him. I KNOW it was this guy (which btw his rep is "Avoid Me") and I'm more pissed at the fact that he's able to walk away Scot free while I get a suspension. I need help to contact Xbox Enforcement and I'm pulling all the stops I
can. I'm submitting a ticket to WG, posting on Reddit, the forums, and everything else that I can think of. Does anyone know their E-mail or someway I can contact them?

Unjust suspension

my son dantom55 has been reported by You Shot My Nan and is unable send messages and is blocked from some games. This blockage is totally unfair - youshotmynan joined my son's party ( his group consists of 9 and 10 year olds) swore and threatened them. He
was kicked off but returned and swore repeatedly then once my son left the party he was reported. I wish dantom55 to be unblocked immediately or someone can contact me via email to discuss this foul mouthed person further. There is also a safeguarding issue
here as youshotmynan has asked these young boys for their addresses and if I do not hear from you soon I will inform the police.

Your rep has nothing to do with whether you get suspended or not & your warning is the ToU/CoC you agree to when you started your account.

No one here can tell you the reason.An email should of been sent to the address linked to your account or you can log in to the enforcement site
Xbox Enforcement | How Do I to see why & ask for a case review if eligible.

 

The only way to contact the enforcement team is by submitting a case review at
http://enforcement.xbox.com If you've already done so, you would need to wait for their response. If they upheld their decision, there is nothing else you can do but wait it out.

 

My son used it up. Recently Xbox enforcement has unjustly put a 2 week suspension on my Xbox live account. I have had no luck with Xbox enforcement or Xbox support. My son was playing on my account and because of his tourette's syndrome, he mouther off to
another player thus getting me a suspension.

 

Sorry about this, my son has been taking my account and saying weird things on it. Luckily I've changed the password.
