Unjust Suspension/Poor Case Review System

My account has received a two-week suspension for communication. I have not used voice chat in over a month, and the only profanity I have used recently was "no S**t" in response to somebody saying I was bad at a game. When I tried to file for review,
the system of one wrong answer=restart completely ruined the system. One of the questions was something along the lines of "can avatars be purple?" and seeing as how I have barely touched the avatar creator in the past few years, I had no idea whether or
not they could be. I would like to talk to somebody, but there is no email, support chat, or phone number listed for me to contact. I would just like to add that if this is over my gamertag, that this was the one given to me upon creation of my account.

A problem with communication/unlawful (without reason, or origin) "violation"

The only people that can help you with an enforcement action is the enforcement team at their website enforcement.xbox.com they do not monitor these forums.

If you feel that your suspension was unjust then you can go to that website and file for a case review and the enforcement team will again investigate any report that was made and if it was unjust then they will lift the suspension sooner.

That is the only way that your suspension will be lifted sooner.

Please sign in your the suspended account and go to
enforcement.xbox.com/.../ShowEnforcements to review the reason for the suspension. If it felt that it was unjust you can begin a Case Review with the XBLPET to review your case. Also, keep in mind that you don't want to post personal information in your
posts (e-mail address, passwords, incident numbers, etc.). Thank you,

 

well since purple people aren't normal wouldnt common sense kick in?

No profanity etc etc etc

Everything must be rated e for everyone

You will have a very expensive hobby if you think you can harm or harasses people

 

YYou will just have w to wait 24hours and use common sense and have a refresher on the code of conduct

 

Have you seen the avatar store? Halo robots aren't real either, but they're still in the creator.

 

AAccount modification is against any rules of any ser I e nor is purple people normal I do not why that wouldn't be the easiest question ever if you used common sense

 

I did not harm or harass anybody. If you will just keep insulting me instead of helping me then leave.

Finally by cussing which you admit you did even the way you responded to the person is a violation of the code of conduct. and subject to a suspension.

The enforcement team does not follow these forums and the only way to contact them is through the case review process and to be eligible you have to answer all of the questions correctly.
