    Hello,

    My account was just recently permanently banned from Xbox Live activities. This is not true. I am inserting the word for word of my enforcement action below this here.

    Marketplace Theft

    Start date: May 2, 2022, 7:50:55 PM

    End date: Permanent

    Enforcement impact: This account cannot sign in to Xbox Live from any device.

    Enforcement details: This account participated in fraudulent activity. This may include transferring content licenses for fraudulent purposes, repeatedly attempting to acquire unauthorized refunds from Microsoft Support or financial institutions, asking for or sharing an account's email and password, attempting to illegitimately acquire or use prepaid codes, using glitches or exploits for financial gain, or other attempts to defraud Microsoft.

    I have tried a claim appeal already just to receive back, minutes later, that it was not approved. I have my order history pulled up and can see that everything I have ordered has been from my account only aside from 4 separate orders when my account was compromised and I asked for a refund back as it was 3 individual charges of $84.99 and 1 individual charge for $15.00 which was gifted to a "*** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. ***" which I couldn't receive a refund for. I have tried contacting Enforcement support, however, I cannot sign into my account. This is extremely frustrating and un-just and I hope someone from the team will reach out to me and correct this as soon as possible.

    I don't understand why though because had they just looked through my order history they would see the charges I am referring to as well as the issue at hand being that I have done nothing wrong. I believe it to be extremely unfair that I have been banned, especially since I wasn't on Xbox at the time for over 6 hours and haven't bought anything from the store in several weeks. I now have to lose all of my achievements, friends, and games, just to re-buy it all which is a waste of time and money at this point. The enforcement team should use the forums since I can't even resubmit an appeal. I listed all of this in my appeal as well.

    The enforcement team does not use he forums. Submitting a case review is the only way to contact them and if they upheld their decision, there is nothing else that can be done.

    I believe that perma ban means perma ban. no going back. it's permanent.

    Hi,

    The enforcement team doesn't perma ban for only 1 thing they look at you past behaviour and never perma ban you on your first enforcement if you don't agree with your ban then go to the enforcement website and apply for a case review it's unlikly the unban
