Unjust locking of my account for "violation of TOS"

So, today I get greeted with a "Your account has been locked" message when I attempt to play Minecraft. There is no reason as to why it got locked, only a link with reasons as to why your account can be locked. It says your account can be locked for phishing, scams and bots, none of which I ever did. I never even logged onto my Microsoft account and sent emails neither did I even play on any Minecraft server at all, so it baffles me how I couldve broke any of these TOS. The final nail in the coffin is that it requests me to give my phone number. This is when I realized this is all just so they can get my phone number. I already knew when I had to migrate because "Microsoft is more secure" or whatever, that it was all just bs so that it was more closely integrated with Microsoft so they could track us more (selling information to third party ad companies is good money), and then this, which forces me to give my phone number. Did anyone else get forced to give their phone number?
