Unjust enforcement ban

These are abbreviations for in game content for the division 2. Fast gens is an abbreviation for fast generators on a mission and nego is short for negotiators which all of us in the game use. Everyone in looking for group posts these abbreviations for that particular game mode when looking for players so that people who want to play with us know what gear/ builds to bring to the raid. Negotiators is a gear set that is needed in the raid we shorten it to not have to write it out completely. Please understand that it is not a derogatory statement by any means. Please reverse your decision as I can't communicate with my friends to pay the game. If you look through posts for this game you will see that we all use these terms when posting. Thank you for considering my appeal. I know that there isn't anything anyone can do. I canceled game pass ultimate and ironically it ends when my ban ends so I'm going to move to another platform and say goodbye to all the money I spent on xbox and be bitter and astounded about how this was handled. It's sad. I hope other good people and players can experience these type of bans and have the time and resources to fight back. It's unbelievable what they're doing to the community. You will need to submit a case appeal to the Xbox Family Safety Team via the case appeal link on the enforcement page here: Enforcements | Xbox Support

If you are eligible, you will see an option to submit a case appeal. This way, you will be able to communicate this with the safety team who will review your appeal. They will then decide on whether your suspension will be lifted.

The problem with posting in the forums is that no one from the Family Safety Team reviews this forum. Thus, they will not see your post here. All I can recommend next time is that you are careful on what abbreviations you post online and what others may mistake them for.

It all depends on how many other cases the Enforcement team has to get through, and if they deem your ban unjust or not. There is no definitive answer such as x days.

The bans are never unjust because they only happen if you break the Code of Conduct. Social engineering is something they avoid by blocking outside contact to the Enforcement team.

In addition to the site being down, a lot of unjust/ unfair automatic bans are being given out, it's an issue we have to wait for the enforcement team to fix.

Nobody on the forums has access to, or can answer any questions related to a ban on an account. There is an option to appeal a ban if you believe it to be unjust.
